Training
Ladybird Crane Hire is setting the standards for training in the industry. We employ two
full time CPCS qualified trainers that are specialists in pedestrian operated crane training.
We offer a choice of courses from the 5 days CPCS course to the 3 days in-house course that
can be run either at our training centre or on your site.
CPCS Courses: our trainers are qualified to instruct the CPCS Pedestrian Operated Crane
Course. The course takes five days and up to three operators can attend. On completion
the operators will be issued with a CPCS red card. Operators must have passed the CSCS
Health & Safety touch screen test. The course consists of two classroom days and three
days operating the crane.
In-house course: we also offer a three day in-house training course which can accommodate
up to 4 operators. On completion a certificate and photo card are issued. Valid for three
years at which point a one day refresher course is required. The course consists of one
classroom day and two days operating the crane.
